ERF 113 KYA SAND - HITECH-GREGFOR
This was a massive expansion to the existing warehouse on Erf 113 Kya Sand in Randburg. Upon completion, Hitech-Gregfor relocated from their current premises to their new state-of-the-art premises which allowed them to more than double their current production output and expand their product range.
SKYE SCHOOLS
Additions and alterations to the Broadacres Skye School were undertaken with the construction of classrooms, ablution facilities and admin offices. The work was carried out to the client's specifications.
113 KYA SANDS
This 21,500m² warehouse on Malibongwe Drive, Randburg makes an ideal distribution centre, having close proximity to both the N1 and N14 highways. The extra high eaves ensure maximum vertical storage space. The entire building is fitted with a centralized sprinkler system linked to a dedicated pump station and water reservoirs.
GREEN BEAN LEARNING RESOURCES

The premises, situated within the rapidly growing Cosmo Business Park, were designed and built to the specifications of our client, the Green Bean Learning Centre.
42 KLIPRIVIER

The 2172m2 premises, situated within the Kliprivier Business Park and with easy access to the Sybrand van Niekerk Motorway (R59), were designed and developed for our client, Flosolve, who took occupation during August 2017.
40 KLIPRIVIER BUSINESS PARK

This new 2157m3 warehouse/ factory within the popular Kliprivier Business Park and offering excellent exposure onto the Sybrand van Niekerk Highway (R59), was built to the owner’s specifications. The new tenants took occupation on 1 September 2016.
215 LASERPARK

This 1737m3 building has 1152m3 of the floor space allocated to the warehouse, with the remaining floor space given over to a tiled office and reception area with staff ablution facilities. The warehouse is finished with power floated concrete floors, extra high eaves, and roller shutter doors.With new developments becoming extremely scarce in Laser Park, the owner of these stunning premises was extremely pleased to take occupation on the 1st of September 2016 – a month ahead of our initial projection date!
AEROPARK

This industrial complex comprises of 6 units of 1527m² each and is situated within the popular and fast growing Lanseria Corporate Park, which offers views of the Lanseria International Airport and easy access to the N14 Highway. The 750m2 aircraft hangar within the Jack Taylor Airport in Krugersdorp was designed and built to the clients specifications, with a power floated concrete floor and extra wide sliding doors that were specifically designed for the hangar.

This 1,612 m² warehouse, situated on Erf 661 Lanseria Corporate Estate was designed and built to the client’s specifications.
KIMBULT INDUSTRIAL PARK

Seven warehouses ranging in size between 778 m² and 2,425 m² spread through two blocks within the Kimbult Industrial Park in Laser Park, Roodepoort. The first 3 warehouses in Block B were completed during July 2015 with the remaining 4 units in Block A being completed 3 months later. The estate is situated just off Beyers Naude Drive in Honeydew with easy access to both the N1 and N14 Highways.
NORTHRIDING COMMERCIAL BUSINESS PARK

This development comprises of 4 warehouses/ factories ranging in size from 606m² to 608m². Situated close to Witkoppen Road, all 4 units will be let to tenants.
LANSERIA BUSINESS PARK

The business park comprises 34 warehouses with sizes ranging in size from 296 m²- 477 m², with good security, within the Lanseria Corporate Estate, one of the fastest growing industrial and commercial sites in Gauteng that enjoys close proximity to the Lanseria Airport. Laserpark X36

The building comprises of 1768 m2 of office and supplementary space and 8031 m2 of warehouse area. The warehouse has extra high eaves to maximize packing space.
