Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
Not only does the 1st of September mark Spring Day it is also a stark reminder that there are only 15 weeks left in the year before the start of our annual builders holiday. With the arrival of longer days and the Summer rainfall only expected within the next two months, there will be a noticeable increase in the pace of construction at all our sites.This is also brought to the attention of our teams of contractors and suppliers as they need to plan accordingly.
During trying economic times it is even more important to properly plan ahead. It is not uncommon for someone to lose sight of their objectives when subjected to disruptors within the market. Wiley businessman will always look for new opportunities within the ever changing markets and will keep true to the words supposedly uttered by Benjamin Franklin that failing to plan is indeed planning to fail.
