Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
As Summer is fast approaching our construction teams can definitely make use of the longer days to complete the vast number of projects at hand. Not only have we completed 4 projects in the past month we are also currently busy on 11 other sites ranging from large scale residential developments to additions to the NG Church Constantiakruin.
Hopefully the warmer weather and the change in seasons might help increase the activity in the property market. The third quarter of this year will definitely be remembered by the little movement in the residential, commercial and industrial segments of the market. There are a large number of economists who predict another cut in interest rates with the hope that it will add some stimulus to the depressed industry.
