Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
This past weekend Finance Minister, Tito Mboweni warned the ANC's National Executive Committee that the South African economy is in dire straits. This after the NEC admitted on Saturday that our municipalities are in distress and that service delivery is near non-existent. Although this could not have been a surprise to the NEC, serious questions must be asked on how to improve the situation. The Minister also tabled his 77 page plan on steps to be taken to stimulate economic reform and to create a million jobs. There will be some tough decisions to be made and they will definitely not please everyone. Desperate times call for desperate measures...
