Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
As 2019 is quickly drawing to and end, most South Africans are planning on how they will be spending their Festive Season. The past year was by no means an easy one and I predict that at least the first half of 2020 will be much of the same. In the coming weeks there are a few critical decisions that need to be made by the ruling party with the first one being the future of the ailing SAA. This will most probably also set the benchmark for the way in which the other struggling SOE's will be dealt with in future.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal customers, employees, suppliers and contractors for their continued support. We have a number of exciting developments planned for 2020 and beyond, all of which will be made possible with the established relationships which were forged over the past 15-20 years.
We will be taking a much-deserved break with our offices closing on the 13th of December and re-opening on the 8th of January 2020. We do however have supporting staff on standby for any emergencies that may arise during this period.
