Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
The month of August is usually known as a cold and windy month. To date we have not experienced either of these 'characteristics' - apart from a bit of a nip in the air this past weekend - which does not bode well for the expected rainfall in the coming months. The Government has so many emergency issues to deal with - not least of which is the severely ailing economy affecting everyone - that they have most probably forgotten that the responsibility lies with them to upgrade the countries aging and inadequate infrastructure. There's also a great need to plan and construct more dams to secure a reliable water supply for future generations as all predictions point to a severely drier Southern Africa.
