Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
Just as the first rains of the season have begun falling across the greater Johannesburg area, consumers have to brace themselves for a record fuel price hike. This does not bode at all well for any of us and it will most definitely have a ripple effect on our cost of living and the inflation rate.
However, at Renico we are still feeling quite upbeat! Many months of planning and hard work has ensured our ability to commence with nine new projects within the coming month! The pressure will now be transferred to our marketing, conveyancing and construction divisions to ensure that all properties that are either for sale or to let are ready on their respective occupation dates. A massive amount of work will need to be done before we close our doors for our well-deserved December holiday in 10 weeks time.
To this end the establishment of Renico Earthworks & Civils (Pty) Ltd in 2015, to give us more control over a previously outsourced side of the construction industry, has certainly speeded up the construction of developments for Renico Construction – and in addition has been able to undertake work for many other companies as well. We have recently launched a brand new website for the division and you can take a look at the work they are doing by visiting www.renicocivils.co.za . The website showcases some of the projects they are busy with or have completed, and gives an insight into the nature of the work undertaken.
