As I mentioned that we now have all approvals in hand to commence with the construction of our Finsbury residential development in Bromhof, Randburg. The development will comprise of 42 free standing homes in either a simplex or duplex configuration. All will offer three bedrooms with two bathrooms, double garages and pet friendly gardens. These will be priced from R1,625,000.00 and occupation is set for July 2020.
