Our planning department is once again hard at work on a number of projects in order to have all approvals in place before they can be launched to prospective clients.
Last month I mentioned our Linden Lifestyle Apartments in Linden, Randburg. This month I can shed some light on our next residential development in Lynnwood, Pretoria. Our Plumbstead development is situated just off Lynnwood Drive and within easy walking distance of the prestigious Menlopark High School. The development will comprise of 34 two bed, two bath apartment style units. More info on these will be released in one of my following newsletters.
