Last month I shared the first artist illustration of our Fernhill project situated on Homestead Avenue in Bryanston. As we get closer to this exciting launch, I can now also share an internal illustration of these stunning family homes. Not only will the entire development be linked to a back-up generator, every home is fitted with a Smeg gas stove and top-end gas geysers. Construction to the complex entrance and show home has already commenced and I expect to launch this project within the coming months. With prices starting from an incredible R2,995,000 for a four-bedroom free standing duplex home, one will definitely struggle to find better value for money in Bryanston and surrounds.
