Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
Now that the dust has settled after the elections the powers to be will hopefully roll up their sleeves and make an effort to address the number of issues that face this beautiful country. I believe President Ramaphosa is the right man for the job no matter how daunting the tasks at hand might be!
As Winter embraces the country with its cold arms we can only hope that the semi-frozen economy will thaw slightly in contrast. Much needed jobs can only be created in an economy showing signs of growth, which would help to bring a bit of stability into the markets.

During last month we launched our Kilburn Park development in Wilgeheuwel and I am pleased to report that more than 30% of the homes were sold shortly after being introduced to the market. This once again shows that there will always be a demand for competitively priced homes.
Our 20 home Elsenham development in Boskruin was recently sold to a single investor who will be letting the units to tenants from the 1st of August. Since the completion of the show units at our Grange Park development in Barbeque Downs, Midrand we have experienced a surge in interest, with a number of units being sold every weekend.
