The past 3 months have been filled with activity, and we are now seeing the phenomena of large single buyers, corporate businesses and property funds investing in residential rental stock.
Ponders End, our 186 unit development in Helderkruin, was successfully transferred to end users in June of this year. Selling fast is our current 150 unit Park Royal development in Wilgeheuwel (now under construction) conveniently situated up the road from the new CURRO School (where we have been contracted to commence with the earthworks). CURRO Wilgeheuwel plans to open its doors in 2017. Other current developments under construction are Hadley Wood in Fairland and Brandi Ann in Ruimsig where the public interest and subsequent sales are increasing in direct proportion to the progress being made on site!

We are now on the final leg of our Aero Park development within the Lanseria Corporate Estate. This complex has 6 warehouses, each 1550m² in size including office space. All the warehouses will be let on completion with occupation set for 1 September 2016.
Future Packaging and Machinery took occupation of our 10,500m² Laserpark X36 building on 1 July of this year, and Mpumelelo has bought the new 1737m² building being constructed on Erf 215 Laserpark X30!

Retail Developments

Chicken Express (with its first drive-thru offering) took beneficial occupation of their new premises in Cosmo City Shopping Centre on 1 July this year. We still await our site and trading licences for a new TOTAL Filling Station within the same complex. Once obtained, this last phase of development within what is proving to be a very successful Shopping Centre will commence.
We also await the licences that will enable us to commence with the construction of the TOTAL Filling Station at our Vyfhoek Shopping Centre in Vyfhoek, Potchefstroom. This will be our first retail development there, but we will then move on to construct the rest of the Shopping Centre.
