I am extremely excited about our Eagle Canyon Office Park development which once completed will be overlooking the Eagle Canyon Golf Estate. This will be one of our most prestigious developments to date and is set to become a landmark in the area. We plan to commence with construction early in 2018 with the date of completion set at the end of 2018. Our sales department have secured sales on 30% of the project at this early stage.
