The first show units within our Brentwood residential development in Cosmo City will be ready for viewings within the next week. All 176 units within the development will be let to tenants from the 1st of September. Monthly rental amounts will start at R4500 per month and both electricity and hot water will be dispensed via a pre-paid system. Extra planning and resources went into the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art security and access control system, which will be to the benefit of all Brentwood residents.
