I am extremely proud of the team responsible for the construction of our new Johannesburg premises for Dhollandia, an international client with operations across seven continents. The 9 700 sqm facility, purpose-designed and built to the client’s exact specifications, is now in the final stages of construction, with occupation scheduled for the end of this month. Sales at our Harlow Estate development in Craigavon, Sandton have exceeded all expectations, with the project now almost 40% sold out. This is a significant achievement, especially as construction on the development is only due to commence in April. At our iThemba security complex, located within the Melokhule Residential Estate in Albertsdal, only eleven units remain available. At the current rate of sales, it will not be long before prospective buyers will need to wait for the launch of our next residential project, which is planned for the adjacent site. Following a few additional sales concluded in January, we now have only two homes remaining at our Fernhill residential complex on Homestead Avenue in Bryanston. Time is quickly running out for anyone considering one of these exceptional properties, and if all goes according to plan, I am hopeful of reporting a complete sell-out in my next newsletter. As we prepare homes in the fourth phase of the Riverspray Lifestyle Estate in Vanderbijlpark for occupation, I am pleased to report that half of the homes in the next phase have already been sold. These sales were concluded before construction commenced, which clearly reflects the strong demand for quality housing within this highly sought-after lifestyle estate.
