All apartment blocks in the second phase of our Stoneleigh development in Boksburg have passed second floor heights, with construction to a few third and final floors already commencing. Upon completion these homes will be added to the existing first phase where all one, two and three bed homes will be let to tenants. This once again shows the strong demand for quality and secure housing within close proximity to existing business nodes.

All 91 apartments in our Studio@367 project in Ferndale were completed in January, with the first tenants moving into their brand new studio apartments this past weekend. Almost half of the available units were quickly taken up by pre-qualified tenants within the first two weeks after the launch date.I expect to have all units fully let by the end of this month.

With the first roofs being erected at our Finsbury development in Bromhof, Randburg, the 37 home development is quickly taking shape. Our teams are hard at work to complete two specific homes that will serve as our show units. These two homes will be completed within the next few weeks and will once again be furnished to give prospective clients an idea of what their future home could look like.

Construction also commenced in all earnest at our Chessington development in Dawn Park. All foundations were poured in December, thus enabling our teams to commence with the brickwork as soon as they returned from leave. These simplex homes are very quick to build; one can definitely expect to see the first roof structures being erected within the next month.

Our Plumstead residential development in Lynnwood, Pretoria is the first to be launched this year. The 30 home development will offer elegantly finished two bed, two bathroom apartments once again fitted with a number of signature energy-saving features. The complex is situated just off Lynnwood Drive within easy walking distance of the Menlopark Hoërskool.
