At the end of this month we will be handing over both our Kilburn and Crofton Park developments. Currently the relevant contractors are attending to the final touches on both developments and preparing the units to have them ready for their new owners. Construction of the 2nd phase of our Stoneleigh development in Brakpan also commenced during October. The phase will once again comprise of a number of different floor plans ranging from three bed, two bath ground floor units to one bed, one bath upstairs apartments. Completion of the 81 unit project is set for May 2020 and these will once again be let to tenants on completion.
After a few major delays during the planning phase of our Finsbury development we have finally received our enrolment certificates from the National Home Builders Council thus triggering the start of the construction process. More about this development can be found under the 'Launching Shortly' section of this newsletter.
Our The Linden development in Linden, Johannesburg is also well ahead of schedule and we will have a furnished show unit ready for viewing by the end of the year.
