Last week we had thirty-six families take occupation of their brand new iThemba homes situated in Albertsdal’s newest security estate. The Melokhule Estate will, once completed, comprise of three residential complexes with no less than two hundred and eighty family homes. With the latest technology used to manage and monitor access control into the estate, we hope to make Melokhule one of the safest residential estates in Ekurhuleni.

After the registration of our first batch of transfers at the Fernhill residential project in Bryanston, our list of available homes within this development has shrunk to four. I am confident that we should have these four homes sold before the end of this year, just in time for the second batch of registrations to take place.

I am extremely excited about the plan approval of the first home to be constructed in the Elemente Estate in Potchefstroom. The home will offer unobstructed views of the pristine Potchefstroom Dam and will pave the way to the construction of another fifty-six homes within the estate.

With all third phase homes now sold at our Riverspray Lifestyle Estate in Vanderbijlpark, construction to the fourth phase has commenced and I am pleased to report that 50% of the homes in phase four are now also sold! Current market demands are outpacing supply, but this too will quickly be rectified with the following phases.

Construction to the first home within the Elemente residential estate overlooking the Potchefstroom Dam is due to commence in the coming weeks. This stunning simplex home’s plans were drawn up by local Potchefstroom architects 1.618 Architectural Services and they have done a sterling job in getting the perfect design for a stand that has a few unique challenges.
