At the end of last month we handed over the keys to the new owners of our Kenton development in Bergbron. This is always such an exciting and happy time during the cycle of a development when life is breathed into the brick and mortar in the form of people taking ownership of their homes; some for the very first time!

All the homes within our Walton development were also registered into the names of their respective new owners and I am also expecting the registration of the 8 homes within our Kenley development to take place within the first half of this month.

At the end of this month we will once again be handing over two completed projects. Firstly our 20 home Elsenham project in Boskruin will be handed over to its new owner for whom we are also assisting in securing tenants. Secondly our Grange Park project in Barbeque Downs will be handed over on the 25^th of July. Here we still have a number of one, two and three bed homes available at 2018 prices. You are more than welcome to visit the site on either a Saturday or Sunday afternoon to view our furnished show units.

The first tenants will also be moving into their brand new Hampton apartments this month. Once fully occupied this will bring an end to a two year period in which we completed 551 homes. If calculations are done on 5 day work weeks this equates to a single home being completed every day for a two year period! Definitely a construction feat to be proud of!

With our Preston Residential Estate in Cosmo City now nearing the 100% occupied mark we will once again concentrate on finding the best applicants for not only this complex but also our Brentwood security complex which offers similar accommodation within the area. We aim to secure the best possible applicants for these residential estates, thus creating a safe and harmonious environment for all residents.

At the end of last month more than half of the sectional title office suites within our Eagle Canyon Office Park were registered into the names of their new owners. A number of sales have also been concluded since the development was completed and I hope to have the last remaining suites sold and transferred by the end of 2019. During this month we will be launching The Linden, our new residential development situated on 7^th Avenue, Linden, offering 51 sectional title units. All homes within the development will offer two bedrooms with two bathrooms, luxury finishes and a number of energy saving features. Linden is fast becoming Johannesburg's next trendy suburb. Streets are dotted with art and coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. The area has a number of prestigious schools and the heart of Sandton is a short 11km drive away.
