At the end of April we successfully handed over all the homes within our Walton development in Ferndale. In recent times it has become a rare occurrence to have a project completely sold out before the completion date!
The show units within our Grange Park development in Barbeque Downs, Midrand were also completed recently. They have been stylishly furnished for marketing purposes and may be viewed by appointment or over the weekends between 14:00 and 17:00
Construction of both our Hampton and Kenton developments in Bergbron are on track to be completed and handed over on their respective dates. Once completed this will bring the total of homes completed in the Bergbron Ext 114 Township to a staggering 551 homes!
Construction to our 20 home Elsenham development in Boskruin is also on track to be completed by 1 June. Here we plan to also have a show unit completed within the second week of May which will give all prospective clients a good idea on how to decorate their future homes.
I am happy to report that we have received all the necessary approvals from council to commence with construction of our 26 home Crofton Park development in Hyde Park, Sandton. The occupation date unfortunately had to be revised to the 1st of April 2020. We have also released the last 12 homes within the development and I believe they will all be sold long before the first roofs are erected on site.
