Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
With not only our December holiday already forgotten but also the month of January, we are back and moving at full speed on all 13 of our current sites. On some of the sites only the soil is being turned but others are a hive of activity as the relevant teams push to complete the projects within their specified time frames.
I believe 2019 will hold a number of opportunities for Renico. Most of the projects that we will be launching within the coming year are a culmination of 12 - 24 months of planning and negotiations, not to mention the large amount of red tape one has to work through with local government to 'ripen' a site before it...

During December we managed to complete the pouring of foundations at both our Walton and Kenley sites in Randburg thus ensuring that our construction teams were able to commence with brickwork early in the new year. We are on schedule at both sites with roof structures already being erected at a number of the Walton simplex homes.
Our construction teams will also be moving onto site at our Elsenham development in Boskruin. This site is within walking distance of the Rhema Church and will comprise of only 20 modern and spacious apartments.
Bergbron Extension 14 is abuzz with the construction of our Sheffield, Kenton and Hampton developments. Sheffield is nearing completion and Kenton should follow next with completion scheduled for 1 July 2019. Hampton will be the final project to be completed within this township where the construction of 551 homes in total commenced less than two years ago!

The roofing contractor at our Preston Residential Estate in Cosmo City was the first on site this year attending to the erection of the final roof structures within the development. This will ensure that there is enough time for the other specialist contractors to complete their work and enable us to have the units ready for occupation from the 1st of April. We already have a very long waiting list for the brand new rental units and we hope to have all the homes filled with qualified tenants before the end of April.

We have entered the final phase of construction at our Eagle Canyon Office Park. All the relevant specialist contractors will have to put in the extra hours to have the project ready for occupation by the 1st of April.
Shortly after completing the Weltevredenpark Spark School members of our construction team had to work around the clock to complete the first phase at the Broadacres Skye School. This had to be done to have the premises ready for their January 2019 intake. Work to the following phases still to be completed this year has also commenced.

After launching our Crofton Park residential complex in Hyde Park, Sandton during January we have concluded sales on more than half of the homes. These apartments offer some of the best value-for-money accommodation within the greater Sandton precinct and it will only be a matter of time before all homes will be sold.
