As Summer is fast approaching our construction teams can definitely make use of the longer days to complete the vast number of projects at hand. Not only have we completed 4 projects in the past month we are also currently busy on 11 other sites ranging from large scale residential developments to additions to the NG Church Constantiakruin.

Construction on our Moorgate, Twickenham, Belvedere and Central Park sites is at full speed with progress photos of these sites regularly uploaded onto our website.
In last month’s newsletter we launched our Stratford development in Craighall, Randburg. A number of units have already been sold and we plan to pour the first concrete on site this coming Friday. This 25 home complex is ideally suited to the client who would like to be in close proximity to Sandton and Hyde Park or the client downscaling to a lock up and go property.

Construction to the 10 freehold homes within the second phase of our Crystal Park development in Benoni is progressing well. We have experienced brisk sales on site and hope to have all homes sold before the occupation date of 1 December 2017.
The final finishes are being applied to our 176 unit Brentwood development in Cosmo City. We have released the first 48 completed apartments and they were all occupied on the 1st of August. The remaining 128 units will be ready for occupation from the end of this month. This development brought quality housing set within a safe environment to a market in dire need of such. We are already scouting for other opportunities within Cosmo City on which to develop more housing for this unsaturated market.

Construction of the 2172m² premises for Flosolve (Pty) Ltd on stand 42 Kliprivier Business Park on the R59/Sybrand Van Niekerk Highway was completed during August with the unit being occupied shortly thereafter. This was our fourth development within the rapidly expanding Kliprivier Business Park. I believe it is only a matter of time before we once again return to this Business Park for yet another project.

Our Civils and Earthworks department have been hard at work at our Bergbron site with the brand new road being constructed there receiving its coat of asphalt. As work progress on site, so does the interest in our planned developments. Our marketing department has been inundated with calls and enquiries from prospective clients. Do watch this space as the first of the six projects planned for this site will be launched during one of my future newsletters!
