Construction of our 4th project within the Kliprivier Business Park next to the Sybrand van Niekerk Highway (R59) in Johannesburg South- 42 Kliprivier Business Park - is also well under way. Flosolve (Pty) Ltd will be the new owners of these 2172 m² premises, which were designed to meet their specific needs. They will be taking occupation on the 1st of July 2017.
Construction of the offices on 39B Kingfisher Drive, Fourways also commenced during March. A number of clients have shown interest in the project and hopefully we will be able to conclude a transaction on the entire building within the coming weeks.
