Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
Construction is well under way on all our sites with an average of 110 000 bricks being placed at our Kingswood development in Randpark Ridge every day. Although the weather of the past weeks have slowed production we are very grateful for the large amount of rain received pushing the Vaal Dam to its 100% capacity for the first time in 6 years. A spectacular 428mm of rain was recorded at our Villa Fiorentina site in Linden during the month of February.

Construction of both our Twickenham and Chafford developments will commence as soon as the final approvals are received from council.
During February we completed the second and final phase of the full title homes within the Brandi Ann security complex. All but the last 2 homes have been sold with the majority of new owners having already taken occupation of their brand new homes.
As previously mentioned, construction of our Kingswood project in Randpark Ridge is moving forward and definitely on track for hand over on the 1st of August 2017. Here all units will be let to tenants upon completion.

Victory for flat-owner in CSOS 's first adjudication ruling.

The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) has issued its first adjudication order, granting an owner’s application that a body corporate must repair her water-damaged flat and reimburse her the amount she was over-charged for water consumption.
The CSOS was established in 2014, but it has been able to issue adjudication orders only since October last year, when the regulations governing the service were promulgated.
