Although we are still awaiting plan approval of our Harlow Estate project in Craigavon, sales are still being concluded on a weekly basis. I am incredibly happy to report that all twenty-seven apartments have already been sold and that we only have a four-bedroom duplex home still on offer. Once sold, only the three-bedroom free-standing configurations will remain to be purchased.

This is an excellent result, keeping in mind that we have only been able to build the entrance to the complex and complete all underground bulk services. I am hopeful that special approval will be obtained for us to at least start with the construction of the show home and once completed, that all approvals will be in place to commence with the construction of the remaining homes in the scheme.

This delay, caused by the dysfunctional City of Johannesburg Planning Department, will mean that we will unfortunately not be able to complete the project this year, with mid-2027 most probably being a more realistic completion date.

With the construction of our fifty-unit Kaelo security complex in Albertsdal progressing according to schedule, the homes will be ready for occupation by late-October.

Initially all the homes will be available for rental as there is a great demand for secure and affordable housing within the newly established Melokhule Estate.

Our aim is to have all fifty homes occupied by 1 December, and to then commence with the construction of our third and final residential complex within the estate.
