Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
With a number of public holidays and long weekends behind us we can once again set our sights on the completion dates of a number of Renico projects looming ahead. Due to lower temperatures and the absence of rain we are now entering a period where productivity on sites increases noticeably.
Not only have we commenced with a number of residential developments across Gauteng but I am also glad to report that construction was undertaken on some of our commercial and industrial sites as well.
For the first time in Renico’s history we handed over three completed residential developments to their new owners within a 24 hour period! It is unfortunate that neither the Central Park, Camden or Stratford developments will be fully occupied from the 1st of May but there is still a fair demand from purchasers for homes within these projects. I hope that all of the available homes will be completely sold before the end of this winter.
