We are very pleased to announce that we have recently launched our NEW LOOK WEBSITE! The site now offers even more info and we're confident that you will find a better interactive experience with the new design.
A lot has transpired in the month since my last newsletter. Not only does the ANC have a new president but so does South Africa! As stated in last month's newsletter President Ramaphosa will have his work cut out for him. He is an extremely successful businessman and I hope he will bring his experience and knowledge to the fore to resuscitate the country's economy. There should be a lot of similarities in the way a company and a country as a whole is run!
The 1% increase in VAT that will come into effect on the 1st of April will also have an impact on the purchase price of a property being purchased off plan. The purchase price of a million rand property will increase by R10 000.00 when the new VAT rate comes into effect.
