Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
For the next two weeks we will be pushing hard on all of our sites as we try to complete as much work as possible before we shut our doors for the annual builders' holiday which spans the period from the 15th of December to the 6th of January. This also signals the time for me to pen my final newsletter of the year...
2018 was a tough year, not only for the building industry but for the economy as a whole. As highlighted in previous newsletters a number of large construction companies did not survive it. These headlines were reported on but one should remember that there are many other smaller firms and businesses whose closure did not make the newspapers.
We are all hoping that the economy will recover next year!
For the first time this year we ran a special over the Black Friday weekend where we will cover the first year's levy for each client who purchased a property from us during that time. This special proved to be so popular that I have decided to extend the offer to the end of 2018!
I would also like to wish all employees, friends, contractors and most importantly each and every one of our clients a safe and peaceful holiday season. Rest and spend time with family and friends. I will be doing exactly that and will be looking forward to seeing you in 2019!
