I am extremely excited about the launch of our second residential development in Tshwane. Our Plumbstead development in Lynnwood will offer our popular two bed, two bath configuration and it is perfectly located just off Lynnwood Drive and in close proximity to the Lynnwoood/N1 interchange, Menlopark High School and a variety of shopping centres and restaurants. More information on this development will follow in the coming weeks.
As you will see from the photograph below demarkating the site, two houses needed to be demolished. This has already been done and Renico Earthworks & Civils will shortly be moving onto site to undertake the groundwork required for the construction of the new homes.
