Our target market in this category is the first time homebuyer or the investor looking for value for money and a solid investment. We are also making our contribution to affordable housing with the construction of a sectional title development in Soweto. More work in this category is planned for the future. We have a number of developments built as investment properties and units in these become available for lease periodically.
