Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts
2016 was a very challenging yet rewarding year for Renico and is quickly coming to an end. I would first and foremost like to take the opportunity to wish all our clients a peaceful holiday season and a prosperous new year.
Please note that our offices will close on the 15th of December and will reopen on the 9th of January 2017. Therefore no newsletter will be sent in January but I promise that the February newsletter will be packed with exciting news, especially with information on the launch of the first of many exciting developments planned for 2017!

The individual units within our Park Royal development were handed over to new owners this past Wednesday and the majority of purchasers or their tenants are already taking occupation of their brand new homes. There are only a limited number of townhouses still available within this development and I believe they will all be sold and transferred early in 2017.
