It is hard to believe that this is my penultimate newsletter for 2017! While the year is quickly winding down our construction teams are still hard at work on our 8 residential sites spread across Gauteng.This year the annual builders’ holiday will commence on the 16th of December and we will reopen on the 8th of January 2018 after a well-deserved break.

We have recently completed the first seven full title homes within our Crystal Park Ext 66 project. The foundations of the final three homes within the second phase were cast at the end of October and we plan to have the homes ready for occupation by early 2018.
