Dear Friends, Property Investors and Enthusiasts,
On the 21st of June the Southern hemisphere passed its Winter solstice with our nights now becoming shorter and our days longer. I am also of the opinion that the seasons have ‘moved’ slightly as we are experiencing later than normal Summer rainfall and the cold of Winter is still felt late into Spring. Fortunately we do not experience extreme weather conditions in South Africa which could halt construction for long periods of time!
