Construction of the luxury 33 apartment Villa Florentina development in Linden has commenced. The complex is being developed for a single client who will be letting all units to tenants upon completion. The units will be very similar to our planned Twickenham development in Victory Park, which was featured in our last newsletter, and should be completed by 1 April 2017.
